SIZE GUIDE
For the perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head with a soft measuring tape — this will indicate your hat size.
If you are unsure of the exact measurement or purchasing as a gift, you may use your T-shirt size as a guide. For added comfort and versatility, we recommend selecting an adjustable band with your order.
CARE GUIDE
Your Diolerie hat was handmade from toquilla straw fibers and through natural production processes. To care for your hat:
• Store it in a cool, dry place, avoiding moisture. • Clean it gently with a dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush. • Do not expose it to prolonged rain. • If it loses its shape, you can apply gentle steam and carefully reshape it.
HOW CAN I VARIFY THE AUTHENTICITY OF MY PRODUCT?
Each Diolerie hat is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, certifying the quality of the piece and recognizing toquilla straw weaving as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, declared by UNESCO in 2012.
The signature of authenticity embodies our commitment to Ecuadorian artisans, ensuring that every creation follows best practices in sustainability, fair trade, and the preservation of ancestral culture.
Where are your products manufactured?
The hats are handwoven in Sígsig, Ecuador by our verified artisans.
The hats undergo a molding and detail-polishing process. Afterwards, we categorize and select them based on their weave grade and the craftsmanship of their finishes.
The highest quality hats are the ones we bring to the United States and Europe for finishing, packaging, and preparing for you.
